the life you have led...

  1. I love this! I am working on this now. It's difficult to see another life when you have lived one kind of life for so long. Sometimes changing is painful and doesn't feel right, but without seeing a different way, you can never see what else is out there.

  2. This is beautiful and so true! It reminds me of one of my favorite quotes by Joseph Campbell - "We must be willing to let go of the life we have planned, so as to have the life that is waiting for us."

“But it’s hard to stay mad when there’s so much beauty in the world. Sometimes I feel like I’m seeing it all at once and it’s too much. My heart fills up like a balloon that’s about to burst. And then I remember to relax, and stop trying to hold on to it, and then it flows through me like rain and I can’t feel anything but gratitude for every single moment of my stupid little life.” — American Beauty
